The website provides general information about timber-frame homes, project structures and indicative prices. Website content is not a construction contract, architectural instruction, structural calculation or guarantee of planning approval.

Prices and programmes

Figures described as “from”, “typical”, “target”, “example” or “indicative” must be confirmed for a particular project. Ground conditions, planning requirements, specification, labour, materials, logistics and utilities can materially change cost or programme.

Commercial services

Where a commercial design, supply, construction or installation service is offered, the written quotation and contract must identify the legal entity responsible for providing it. Users should not assume that the website operator is also the construction contractor unless the signed contract expressly states that.
